Zero gravity chairs are great for people having chronic back pains. Elderly people like your
grandfather or grandmother can really appreciate a comfortable sitting session.
Use a zero gravity chair to decompress your spine. If you are a heavy lifter, your spine would
be most likely compressed when carrying heavy weights, e.g. bodybuilding. Although you go through spine
decompression during sleep at night, the advantage of using the chair is you can decompress your spine in the day
time, without having you to sleep on a bed.

For manual zero gravity chairs, when you're reclining halfway, you can "save" your current
position to by using the lock mechanism. This lock mechanism is usually located at the chair's arms.
For electric zero gravity chairs, you simply set the recline angle using your remote control.
